Kurt was asked if he wanted to be adopted and live in the US, and he said yes. After a beat, he asked the social worker if they spoke English in the US because he can’t speak English. After being assured he would have tools like picture cards to help him communicate he was excited about the possibility.
Kurt is a good helper in his foster home, including to help with his younger foster brother. He has good interpersonal skills and gets along with his classmates. He sometimes gets upset when others criticize him and isn’t a fan of dark places.
