With only 10 days until we leave for Taiwan we are posting about a sweet little girl whom we hope to meet while we are there. We are getting pretty excited! New photos and videos soon!
Miranda is a precious little girl who will be turning 9 years old in December. She loves drawing, dancing, singing, and playing with stuffed animals. She enjoys playing with other kids. Miranda lives with a foster family and her foster mother describes her as joyful and cheerful. She loves when the foster parents older biological daughter has school breaks, as she will often take Miranda on fun outings.
Miranda has mild intellectual disabilities. She attends a school where she is able to get individualized attention to help her learn in a way that is advantageous to her needs. She also attends occupational and physical therapy. She is able to take care of all of her self care needs. We have a detailed assessment of her needs available.
